Strategic Pharmacy Account Executive (Pharmacy Account Manager)

Location: Hybrid, 0-3 times/month in office with 25% travel and the ideal candidate living in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) time zones for client travel and communication.

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and prospects, and reaching internal health plan penetration goals through the use of strong consultative skills.

How you will make an impact:

  • Supports the strategic sales and tactical plans by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders in the region.
  • Provide ongoing support to regional decision makers and support PBM field sales team during RFP processes.
  • Assist in the development of recommendations for outcomes-based savings, revenue opportunities and meeting internal health plan penetration goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of related experience or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • PBM industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience strategically managing a book of business strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $138,720 to $208,080

Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
